The Country (or State) in which a person intends to make his permanent or ultimate home, and where he will return to even if he may presently reside in another Country. It depends on the physical fact of residence plus the intention of remaining. Some of the factors determining a person's Domicilei include his nationality, place of residence, whether he has bought any residential home in the Country to retire in or die in, and the length of time he spent in that Country.
Domicile may be (1) of origin or birth; (2) by operation of law; (3) of choice.
