Important Notes (not exhaustive):
Notary Certificate is mandatory on or after 15 Feb 2017. Each Notarial Certificate cost $75 (fixed statutory fee) and SAL Authentication/Apostille fee of $86.50. Every Notarial Certificate is required to be authenticated by SAL by way of an Apostille. In order to generate the Notarial Certificate, the Notary Public has to pay the Apositille fee to SAL.
To collect the Apostille at SAL, you have to bring the Notarial Certificate to SAL yourself.
Singapore Academy of Law's (SAL) Apostille (SAL fee of $86.50) is required for each Notarial Certificate. Payment of SAL fee is to be paid by Notary first and to be reimbursed by client. To check authentication, please visit SAL Legalisation Portal
As you have more than 1 document to be certified true copies, you will have to decide on how many Notarial Certificate you require. Note that each Notarial Certificate costs $75 (fixed fee) plus SAL Authentication at $86.50 (payable to SAL at our office). You have to check with Foreign Agency on their Requirements. WE ARE UNABLE TO ADVISE ON THIS.
