If you are signing Overseas, you must sign the Power of Attorney in the
presence of a Notary Public or Singapore Consulate Officer in the Country of
signing. The Notary Public should be prepared to witness your signature as the High Court's requirements), failing which, we reserve
the right not to process or lodge the Power of Attorney. If High Court rejects
your Power of Attorney, no monies paid will be refunded. Additional admin fee
for overseas signing may be chargeable. Advance full payment of our quoted fee
is required. After signing, please return to us by registered post or courier
service.
Mode of Delivery
For Signing Overseas, we will email you the Power of Attorney in pdf format,
and you must print out the Power of Attorney in good quality white paper using
good quality printer, and in A4 size (or closest to this size). If you require
hardcopy of the Power of Attorney to be delivered to you, out of pocket expenses
will be charged according to the mode of delivery of the Power of Attorney
through third party service providers, such as Singapore Post, FedEx, DHL.
Alternatively, your representative can collect the Power of Attorney from our office
and send it to your Overseas destination.
Co-Donors Signing in Singapore and Overseas
For instance, if say 1 Donor is in Singapore and the other Donor is abroad,
the Donor in Singapore may sign the Power of Attorney in our office whilst the other Donor signs it overseas. If your situation is similar to this, please state it in the Message Section.
