"Gift" means gift of your share or whole of property to your donee without any consideration. "Sale of Partial Interest" means a sale of your share in a property to your co-owner(s) or third party, For example, a sale of your 50% share in a property to your wife, who is also co-owner.

As a Property Owner in Singapore, you are able to download an extract of your property information (in pdf) by accessing MyProperty Portal with your SingPass. This service is provided by Singapore Land Authority free of charge.

Let us know if your Property is subject to any encumbrances. Eg. Mortgage, CPF Board Charge
As there is a CPF Board's Charge, consent will be required for the transfer, and the Transfereror (YOU) will have to discharge his interest in the CPF Charge and may have to refund his/her CPF funds and accrued interest used, if applicable. CPF Board will also engage its own lawyers, and there will be additional costs and expense incurred.
As there is a Bank's Mortgage, you will need to fully discharge (or redeem) it before you can proceed further. Before engaging us, for costs savings, you may wish to check with the Bank if Loh Eben Ong LLP can act for the Bank in the Redemption subject to minimal conflicts of interest. We are on the conveyancing panels of various major local banks in Singapore.
This Bank will be providing Transferee with a Loan.
