When LEO Appointment System has loaded, please do the following:
- Select Category / Service [Payment is Optional]
- Select available Lawyer (Service Staff)
- Select Date > Next
- Select an Available Time slot > Next
- Complete all compulsory fields, like Name, Tel and Email
- Check your Email, and wait for Approval
- Upon Approval, Email and SMS will be sent
- Please don’t reply to SMS (if reply, you will be charged)
- Call or Email Us to change or cancel appointment
After booking, you will receive an email stating that your appointment is pending approval.
If you did not receive any email, please check the SPAM or JUNK folder. If booking is done on weekends or after office hours, please allow 1 working day to process.
Once your appointment has been approved, you will receive a Confirmation Email and/or a SMS Confirmation (subject to change).
For SMS Confirmation, please don’t reply as you will be charged SMS cost.
If your appointment is denied or rescheduled, you will also receive an email.

If you can’t find a slot and/or require an urgent appointment (or same day or next day), you may call us at +65 6338 1810 (during office hours) or email Us at email@example.com to schedule an appointment, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please specify the type of service you require, eg. Deed Poll, Notary Public, Power of Attorney, MCA Deputy, Wills. Prior to your attendance, where available, please submit your application Online or Offline so that there will be less waiting time.

To reschedule or cancel a Confirmed Appointment, please contact us by email or telephone at 6338 1810, and state the following:
- Date of Appointment
- Your Name
- Service Booked
- Alternative Date and Time
If you need to cancel our engagement, if we have prepared the document or partially performed the services, abortive fee may be payable.
