If you have submitted your application or have decided to engage Loh Eben Ong LLP, you may use our Online Appointment System to schedule an appointment.

For those with submitted applications (eg. Deed Poll, Will, Power of Attorney, LPA), we will prepare the draft document prior to your attendance. Therefore, where work would have been carried out by us, and regrettably, abortive fee may be incurred if you cancel our engagement.

Dear Valued Stakeholders

In line with Government’s suspension of non-essential services due to COVID-19 situation, effective 7 April 2020 to 1 June 2020 (“Circuit Breaker period”), Loh Eben Ong LLP’s office is opened intermittently / by appointment basis strictly for Essential Services only. During this period, Non-Essential Services which require physical presence in our office are temporarily suspended.

For some services, such as Divorce, Probate, etc, we may be able to receive your instructions via our online forms, emails, and telephone consultations, and physical meetings can take place after the Circuit Breaker period.

Many of our Online Booking Appointments have been temporary disabled. For Non-Essential Services, please book on 2 June 2020 and after.

Schedule Appointment

When LEO Appointment System has loaded, please do the following:

  1. Select Category / Service [Payment is Optional]
  2. Select available Lawyer (Service Staff)
  3. Select Date > Next
  4. Select an Available Time slot > Next
  5. Complete all compulsory fields, like Name, Tel and Email
  6. Submit
  7. Check your Email, and wait for Approval
  8. Upon Approval, Email and SMS will be sent
  9. Please don’t reply to SMS (if reply, you will be charged)
  10. Call or Email Us to change or cancel appointment

After booking, you will receive an email stating that your appointment is pending approval.

If you did not receive any email, please check the SPAM or JUNK folder. If booking is done on weekends or after office hours, please allow 1 working day to process.

Once your appointment has been approved, you will receive a Confirmation Email and/or a SMS Confirmation (subject to change).

For SMS Confirmation, please don’t reply as you will be charged SMS cost.

If your appointment is denied or rescheduled, you will also receive an email.

Please specify the type of service you require, eg. Deed Poll, Notary Public, Power of Attorney, MCA Deputy, Wills. Prior to your attendance, where available, please submit your application Online or Offline so that there will be less waiting time.

If you need to cancel our engagement, if we have prepared the document or partially performed the services, abortive fee may be payable.
