If you are not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR, please do not use this service unless your National Immigration Authority accept a Singapore executed Deed Poll.

For Singapore PR, you will only be able to change your name in your Singapore Blue NRIC but not your name in your Foreign Passport. You are strongly advised to check with your National Immigration Authority on issues relating to your Foreign Passport and validity of a Singapore Deed Poll. ICA may require you to change your name in your Foreign Passport before you can change the name in your Singapore NRIC.

For Non-Singapore PR (Foreigner) who wishes to use our Deed Poll services, we will assist to prepare the Deed Poll, but there is no warranty that the Deed Poll will be suitable for whatever purpose(s) that you have intended for.

You should also enquire with ICA at www.ica.gov.sg on whether your proposed name change will affect your Entry or Re-Entry Permit.

For Minor's change of name (including but not limited to surname), occasionally, ICA may not process the change of name or require both parents to sign the Deed Poll, which are circumstances beyond our control. ICA is particularly concerned if one parent is changing a child's surname.
